Overnight oats with tropical fruits for a refreshing breakfast bowl.
Ingredients:
  • 180g rolled oats
  • 250ml pineapple juice
  • 280g yoghurt
  • 2.50 gm ground cinnamon
  • 1 mango, stoned, peeled, finely chopped
  • 45g pistachio
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together the oats, pineapple juice, yogurt, and cinnamon. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • Combine the mango and half of the pistachios with the muesli mixture, then distribute into serving bowls. Sprinkle the remaining pistachios on top before serving.
