Mango chutney

Ingredients:
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 4 tablespoons mango chutney
  • a few coriander leaves (optional)
Instructions:
  • Halve the pomegranate, and using a spoon, gently tap the back of one half on your hand to release all the seeds into a bowl. Extract juice from the other half using a sieve, mix in the mango chutney, and optionally incorporate finely chopped coriander leaves.
