Whip up a tangy mango chutney for your next meal - perfect for curries and charcuterie!
Ingredients:
  • 9.20 gm vegetable oil
  • 2 long red chillies, deseeded, chopped
  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds
  • 4 small mangoes, chopped
  • 250.00 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 268.75 gm caster sugar
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, warm oil. Add chili and mustard seeds, stir and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Introduce mango, vinegar, and sugar, bring to a boil, then lower the heat to simmer for 50-55 minutes until thickened. Transfer to sterilized jars while hot and let cool.
