Make honey, chia seed, mango overnight oats for a convenient breakfast you can enjoy at home or on the go.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup Quaker® Oats
  • 0.25 cup low-fat milk
  • 0.33333334326744 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 0.125 teaspoon almond extract
  • 0.5 cup diced mango
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions:
  • Combine oats with a mixture of low-fat milk and yogurt in your desired container.
  • Incorporate almond extract, layer on mango slices, then finish with a drizzle of honey and chia seeds.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
