Create a delicious Mango Passion Fruit Crumble with a crunchy oat topping, spiced with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.33333334326744 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter
  • 0.66666668653488 cup rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 ripe mangoes - peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • 2 passion fruit, pulp removed
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • Combine the flour and brown sugar in a bowl. Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or two table knives until it resembles coarse cornmeal. Stir in oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
  • Arrange the cubed mango at the bottom of the greased baking dish, then pour the passion fruit pulp over it. Gently combine to evenly distribute the fruits. Drizzle lime juice over the mixture. Add the oats topping, ensuring it covers the fruit completely. Finish with a sprinkle of extra cinnamon on top.
  • Bake until the top is golden brown and the fruit is soft, approximately 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
