Ingredients:
  • 440g can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
  • 3 passionfruit, halved
  • 2 x 425g cans mango slices in syrup, drained, roughly chopped
  • 50g butter, chilled, chopped
  • 45.00 gm firmly packed brown sugar
  • 62.50 ml plain flour
  • 100.00 gm rolled oats
  • 32.50 gm shredded coconut
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Mix together pineapple, passionfruit pulp, and mango in a bowl. Transfer the fruit mixture into a 6cm-deep, 6 cup-capacity ovenproof dish.
  • Create a simple crumble topping: Use your fingertips to combine ingredients in a bowl until mixture forms coarse crumbs.
  • Sprinkle fruit with topping, bake for 20-25 minutes, let cool for 5 minutes, serve with cream, custard, or ice-cream.
