Maple, orange and black pepper glazed pork chops with chilli rice

Serve up delicious maple, orange, and black pepper glazed pork chops in under 30 minutes for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • 60ml orange juice
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 4 x 160g Pork loin chops
  • 450g pkt microwave jasmine rice
  • 2 long red chillies, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 62.50 ml coriander leaves
  • Steamed broccolini, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a jug, mix maple syrup, orange juice, pepper, and ginger, then season with salt. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Sear pork for 2 minutes on each side until golden. Pour in the maple syrup mixture and cook for 3 minutes, flipping once, until the sauce slightly thickens.
  • While the rice is cooking according to the packet instructions, transfer it to a bowl and gently mix in the chili and coriander. Finish by seasoning to taste.
  • Plate the succulent pork and fluffy rice alongside vibrant broccolini for a delicious and satisfying meal.
