Delicious citrus maple glaze upgrades grilled meats like lamb, chicken, or duck.
Ingredients:
  • 196.88 gm orange juice
  • 108.90 gm orange marmalade
  • 84.38 gm maple syrup
  • 11.80 gm Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions:
  • Combine orange juice, orange marmalade, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and chopped fresh rosemary in a saucepan. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring until marmalade dissolves.
  • Turn up the heat to medium-high and let the glaze simmer for about 15 minutes, or until it thickens.
