Elevate your fish dish with tangy orange marmalade and zesty mustard for a delicious new flavor profile.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 2 teaspoons mustard seed
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the broiler. Grease the broiler pan rack. Lay the salmon, skin side down, on the rack. Broil 4 inches from the heat source for 10-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and generously spread this mixture on top of the salmon during the final 5 minutes of broiling.
