Grilled Glazed Peppered Steak

Tangy orange marmalade and balsamic vinegar make grilled steaks irresistibly flavorful.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 boneless beef top loin steaks, about 3/4 inch thick (about 1 lb)
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Combine marmalade and vinegar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until marmalade is melted. Season both sides of each beef steak with pepper and salt.
  • Grill the beef over medium-high heat, turning occasionally and brushing with marmalade glaze in the last 2 minutes, until it reaches your preferred level of doneness.
  • Bring the remaining glaze to a boil and stir constantly for 1 minute. Serve the glaze with the beef.
