Lean and flavorful, turkey is the perfect choice for a nutritious and satisfying family dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 80mls (1/3 cup) oyster sauce
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 3 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 8 (about 1 kg) turkey thigh chops (see note)
  • 2 green shallots, thinly sliced
  • 200g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 200g snow peas, topped
  • 1 bunch baby bok choy, trimmed
  • 40.00 gm water
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high. Mix 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, honey, and 2 teaspoons of chopped ginger in a small bowl. Lay turkey chops on a grill or baking tray and coat with the sauce. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, basting frequently, until fully cooked. Keep warm until serving.
  • Heat peanut oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir in the rest of the ginger and green shallots for 1 minute. Toss in the mushrooms and snow peas and stir for 2 minutes. Add bok choy, remaining oyster sauce, and water. Cook until bok choy wilts, about 2 minutes. Serve with turkey chops.
