Grill juicy turkey with a simple and delicious apple butter glaze for the perfect taste of fall.
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup apple butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 (4 to 5-lb.) fresh or frozen whole turkey breast, thawed, skin removed
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill for indirect cooking according to manufacturer's instructions. Mix all ingredients, except turkey breast, in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Once the grill is hot, generously oil the grill rack. Place the turkey breast on the grill over a drip pan and insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the breast. Brush the turkey with the apple butter mixture. Cover and grill for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until the thermometer reads 170°F and the juices run clear when pricked with a fork, remembering to brush the turkey breast with the apple butter mixture from time to time.
  • Take the grilled turkey breast off the heat. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
