Enhance tart cranberries with sweet orange marmalade and dried cherries for a more intense flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 pork chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x9 inch glass baking dish.
  • Combine cranberries, marmalade, and cloves in a bowl. Cut a pocket into each pork chop towards the bone and stuff with the cranberry mixture.
  • Arrange the pork chops in the baking pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then drizzle each chop with 1 tablespoon of honey. Bake uncovered for around 45 minutes until pork is cooked through.
