Baked ginger maple chicken thighs - a simple and flavorful dish with a hint of spice and sweetness.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or to taste
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic-infused olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic oil, ginger powder, sesame seeds, pepper, and cayenne.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the baking dish in an even layer. Drizzle the maple sauce over the chicken thighs. Toss the thighs in the sauce using tongs or gloved hands until they are well coated. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  • After baking for 40 minutes in the preheated oven, uncover the baking dish and flip the thighs. Bake until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 200 degrees F (93 degrees C), approximately 15 minutes. Flip the thighs once more, sprinkle with parsley, and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
