Ingredients:
  • 6 Arnott’s Salada Original crackers
  • 160g (1 cup, lightly packed) brown sugar
  • 125g butter, chopped
  • 180g pkt Dream White Chocolate
  • 180g pkt Dairy Milk Chocolate
  • 180g pkt Caramilk Chocolate
  • 180g pkt Old Gold Original Dark Chocolate
  • Gold sprinkles, to decorate
  • Gold sugar crystals, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C (160C fan forced). Line a 20 x 30cm slice pan with baking paper, leaving some paper hanging over the sides. Place crackers in a single layer at the base of the pan, cutting them to fit if needed.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and butter. Stir until the butter melts and the mixture becomes smooth. Let it come to a boil and continue stirring for 30 seconds until it thickens.
  • Evenly pour the sugar mixture over the crackers and ensure a smooth surface. Bake for 5 minutes or until the sugar mixture is bubbling. Allow it to cool slightly before proceeding.
  • Lower the oven temperature to 120C/100C fan forced. Cut each chocolate block into quarters crossways, creating rectangles with 8 squares of chocolate each.
  • Layer the white, milk, caramilk, and dark chocolate rectangles on top of the biscuit base, alternating between chocolates and trimming to size if necessary. Bake for 10 minutes or until the chocolates are melted but still holding their shape.
  • Swirl the chocolate with a skewer for a marble pattern. Tap the pan on the counter to even the surface. Sprinkle with gold star sprinkles and gold sugar. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours until set.
  • Cut the cracker into pieces or break into shards for serving.
