Marbled Cheesecake Brownie Dessert

Indulgent brownies swirled with cheesecake and topped with fresh fruit create the ultimate dessert experience!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Walnut Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 jar (10 oz) raspberry spreadable fruit
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan) and lightly grease the bottom of a 9-inch square pan with butter or cooking spray.
  • Prepare the brownie batter following the instructions on the box, but instead of pouring it into the pan, spread it evenly in the pan. In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer on low speed to cream the cream cheese until smooth; mix in the sugar, vanilla, and 1 egg until fully combined. Spoon the cream cheese mixture by tablespoonfuls over the brownie batter in the pan. Use a knife to swirl through the batters to create a marbled design.
  • Bake for 37 to 41 minutes until the cream cheese mixture turns light brown. Spread fruit on top right away. Let it cool completely for about 2 hours. Keep covered in the refrigerator.
  • Cut the serving pieces into bite-sized squares.
