Indulge in rich pumpkin, chocolate, and cheesecake brownies for the ultimate dessert experience.
Ingredients:
  • 150g butter, chopped
  • 300g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 220g caster sugar
  • 3 Free Range Eggs
  • 185g plain flour
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 60g sour cream
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 400g pumpkin puree
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 160C. Prep a 20cm square cake pan by greasing and lining it with baking paper, ensuring 2 sides overhang.
  • In a medium saucepan, gently melt the butter and chocolate together over low heat. Stir constantly for about 5 minutes until they are completely melted. Take the saucepan off the heat.
  • Stir in 2/3 cup (150g) of sugar until combined. Mix in 2 eggs until combined. Add flour, cocoa powder, and sour cream. Stir until combined.
  • Combine remaining sugar and cream cheese in a bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat until well combined. Mix in remaining egg and pumpkin puree until just combined.
  • Create an enticing marbled effect by spooning alternating layers of the chocolate and cream cheese mixtures over the base. Use a skewer to swirl them together. Bake for 40 mins or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 1 hour before cutting into pieces for serving.
