Whip up a vitamin C packed salad with cauliflower and mung bean sprouts for a healthy boost!
Ingredients:
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 27.30 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large tomato, finely diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 600g cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 250.00 ml mung bean sprouts, rinsed
  • 200g snow peas, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 125.00 ml small fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
  • Combine the zesty lemon juice and fragrant oil in a spacious bowl. Toss in the fresh tomato, onion, and cauliflower. Enhance with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Let it sit for 1 hour to enrich the flavors.
  • Combine Brussels sprouts, snow peas, and fresh basil in a large serving bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the top. Enjoy!
