Ingredients:
  • 12 lamb forequarter chops
  • 20ml oil
  • 76.25 gm Worcestershire sauce
  • 65.63 gm soy sauce
  • 70.63 gm barbecue sauce
  • 65.00 gm tomato sauce
  • 510.00 gm beef stock
  • Water, to moisten
Instructions:
  • Trim any extra fat from the chops.
  • Brown the chops in a splash of oil in a large stovetop frying pan or electric fry pan.
  • Combine sauces and stock in a mixing bowl. Pour this flavorful mixture over the chops and lower the heat to a fast simmer. Cover and cook for 1.5-2 hours, turning the chops occasionally to baste them in the sauce. Keep cooking until the sauce thickens beautifully.
  • Adjust the consistency with additional water as required for juicy chops and a rich sauce.
