Ingredients:
  • 80mls (1/3 cup) Worcestershire sauce
  • 50.00 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1 bunch fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped
  • 8 (about 600g) lamb cutlets
  • Minted mashed potato, to serve
  • Steamed baby carrots, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix together the Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary in a bowl. Place the cutlets in a large dish and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat up a chargrill on high.
  • Take the cutlets out of the marinade and lay them on the chargrill. Grill them, brushing with the marinade, for about 3 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. You may need to cook them in two separate batches.
  • Garnish with the minted mashed potatoes and baby carrots before serving.
