Zesty red cabbage coleslaw with bold flavors, needs 3 hours to marinate for peak taste.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 small red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 75g dried cranberry
  • 60ml balsamic vinegar
  • 60ml olive oil
  • 35g walnut
  • 62.50 ml chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together cabbage, onion, craisins, sugar, vinegar, and oil. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours to let the flavors meld.
  • Before serving, sprinkle in the walnuts and parsley for a fresh burst of flavor. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly combined.
