Make a quick and delicious no-bake Mars Bars and Weet-Bix slice for a tasty chocolate treat.
Ingredients:
  • 250g packet scotch finger biscuits
  • 8 Weet-Bix
  • 395g can condensed milk
  • 6 x 47g Mars bars, chopped
  • 400g milk chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • Place baking paper in a 16cm x 26cm slice pan, letting it hang over the long sides by 3cm.
  • Combine the biscuits and Weet-Bix in a food processor until they turn into fine breadcrumbs, then transfer the mixture to a medium bowl.
  • In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, Mars bars, and half of the chocolate. Melt over gentle heat, stirring frequently, until smooth and well combined for about 3 minutes. Pour this luscious chocolate mixture over the Weet-Bix blend. Mix thoroughly to combine. Press the mixture into the pan and ensure the top is smooth.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the remaining chocolate uncovered on MEDIUM for 1 minute or until melted and smooth, stirring halfway through. Pour the melted chocolate over the slice, smooth the top, and refrigerate overnight to set.
  • Take the slice out of the fridge and let it sit for 30 minutes. Cut it into squares using a heated knife before serving.
