Mason Jar Ice Cream

Trendy Mason jar ice cream - no churning needed. Creamy vanilla base, customizable toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.25 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.125 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions:
  • Chill a 1-pint wide-mouth Mason jar in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
  • Combine cream, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt in a chilled jar. Use an electric hand mixer with one beater to mix until thickened like soft serve, gradually increasing speed from low to high for 2-3 minutes. Optionally, add mix-ins and stir with a long-handled spoon, leaving 1/2 inch of space. Seal the jar and freeze until firm, around 4 hours.
