Tangy no-mayo coleslaw marinates in sweet dressing, served cold. Easy with bagged cabbage. Chill for max flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup canola oil
  • 0.25 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cabbage
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 0.33333334326744 cup slivered almonds
  • 0.33333331346512 cup sunflower seed kernels
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine canola oil, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add cabbage, green onions, almonds, and sunflower seed kernels to the dressing. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving; for optimal flavor, chill overnight.
