Nourish your little one with these tasty homemade meatballs for healthy growth.
Ingredients:
  • 250g lean pork or beef mince
  • 1/2 brown onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 zucchini, coarsely grated
  • 1/2 carrot, peeled, coarsely grated
  • 9.60 gm reduced salt soy sauce
  • Canola oil spray
Instructions:
  • Combine the mince, onion, zucchini, carrot, and soy sauce in a bowl using your hands. Shape the mixture into 12 balls, then refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes covered with plastic wrap to let them rest.
  • Preheat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat, and lightly coat it with oil spray. Cook the meatballs, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Enjoy warm.
