Meatballs in tomato sauce

Succulent meatballs in rich tomato sauce atop spaghetti.
Ingredients:
250g pork mince
250g veal mince
1brown onion, grated
70g breadcrumbs
40g parmesan
Salt & freshly ground pepper
18.20 gm olive oil
700ml jar tomato sauce
10.00 gm caster sugar
500g spaghetti
Parmesan shavings, to serve
Instructions:
Mix together the minced meat, onion, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then form the mixture into small balls.
In a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat, sear the meatballs for 3-4 minutes until golden. Pour in the cooking sauce and 1/2 cup (125ml) water. Simmer partially covered for 15-20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through. Mix in the sugar.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling water until al dente following the packet instructions. Drain the cooked spaghetti.
Combine the meatballs and sauce with the spaghetti, gently toss together, and serve with Parmesan cheese.
