Quick and flavorful hearty salad ready in 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 425g can tuna in olive oil
  • 400g can chickpeas
  • 200g roasted pepper strips
  • 150g pkt Nana Crispy Artisan Crackers Oregano, Tomato, Parmesan Cheese & Garlic
  • 140g pkt pre-chopped kale
  • 85g (1 ⁄2 cup) green Sicilian olives
  • 100g marinated feta
  • Balsamic glaze, to drizzle
Instructions:
  • Strain the tuna, chickpeas, and pepper strips.
  • Place the crackers and kale elegantly on a large serving platter.
  • Layer the tuna, chickpeas, pepper strips, and olives on top. Sprinkle the crumbled marinated feta cheese and a bit of marinating oil from the jar. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, season with pepper, and serve.
