Vibrant snow peas tossed in zesty Italian seasoning and tangy lemon juice, cooked until tender yet still crispy.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 teaspoons butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 pound fresh snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon water, or more as needed
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Assemble all your ingredients.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until it sizzles. Add garlic and cook until aromatic, around 30 seconds. Sprinkle in Italian seasoning and mix well.
  • Toss in snow peas and water, sauté until peas are vibrant green and tender for about 2 minutes. Stir in olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
