Delicious Halloween witch cookies made with peanut butter cookie mix, Bugles snacks, and cocoa candy melts - a spooky treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg
  • 30 Bugles® snacks
  • 1 bag (12 oz) light cocoa candy melts, melted
  • 15 pretzel sticks, broken in half
  • 1 large shredded whole wheat cereal biscuit, crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, oil, water, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Using a rounded measuring tablespoon, drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until fully set. Let cool for 1 minute, then transfer from the cookie sheets to cooling racks to cool completely.
  • Prepare a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Dip snacks into melted candy, tapping off any excess. Arrange them on the cookie sheet and refrigerate until firm.
  • If needed, gently warm up the remaining candy melts. Coat each cookie with the melted candy to resemble a puddle. Quickly add 1 pretzel piece to each cookie and sprinkle shredded cereal on the bottom of the pretzel to create broom bristles. Dip the wider end of each chocolate-coated snack in the melted candy and position it upright in the center of each cookie to form a hat. Allow them to sit until the candy sets.
