Mermaid martini recipe

Indulge in a charming and tasty gin cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • Fresh blueberries, to serve
  • Mermaid cupcake decorations (see notes)
  • Pink and blue edible glitter, to decorate
  • 40.00 ml blue curaçao liqueur
  • 12 small ice cubes
  • 400ml prosecco
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) pink gin
Instructions:
  • Skewer blueberries onto the mermaid decorations, lightly dampen with water, and sprinkle with pink glitter.
  • Pour the curaçao evenly into 4 serving glasses. Sprinkle a touch of blue edible glitter into each glass using the tip of a small knife. Stir gently to mix everything together.
  • Distribute ice cubes evenly among glasses, then gently pour in the prosecco. In a pitcher, mix pink gin with a sprinkle of pink glitter, then pour into the glasses. Garnish with mermaid skewers and halved blueberries before serving.
