Street-style corn: grilled with mayo, Parmesan, chili powder, and lime juice for extra zing.
Ingredients:
  • 4 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise (such as Hellmann's®/Best Foods®), or to taste - divided
  • 0.25 cup margarine in a squeezable container, or to taste - divided
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste - divided
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder, or to taste - divided
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a sizable pot of water, then delicately add corn cobs. Lower heat and simmer until corn is soft, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Using tongs, remove one ear of corn. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly over the kernels. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of margarine in a zig-zag pattern while turning the corn. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and dust with chili powder. Repeat with remaining ears of corn.
