Ingredients:
  • 400g pkt Mexican Style Salad Kit
  • 4 Greek Style Gyros Wraps
  • 1 Mexican Hot Roast Chicken, skin and bones removed, meat sliced
  • 125g Perino tomatoes, halved
  • 82.50 ml coriander leaves
Instructions:
  • Prepare the salad kit following packet directions in a large bowl, setting aside the dressing for later.
  • Preheat a medium frying pan over high heat and heat the wraps for 1 minute on each side until warmed through.
  • Arrange the wraps on serving plates. Top them with salad, tomato, chicken, and coriander. Drizzle the reserved dressing over the top. Roll up to seal the filling inside.
