Spice up your hot dogs with a delicious Mexican twist that's sure to impress a crowd.
Ingredients:
  • 8 Thin Beef BBQ Sausages
  • 350g pkt Special Burger Slaw Kit
  • 8 Jumbo Hotdog Rolls*
  • 70g mexican sauce
  • 60g tasty cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill to medium-high. Grill the sausages, turning occasionally, for 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Transfer the sausages to a serving plate.
  • Prepare the slaw in a large bowl as per packet instructions. Then, gently split the hotdog rolls lengthwise using a large serrated knife without cutting all the way through.
  • Distribute the slaw evenly among the rolls, place the sausages on top, drizzle with sauce, and finish with a sprinkle of cheddar before serving.
