  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 0.66666668653488 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.66666668653488 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 2.5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pure Michigan maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 0.33333334326744 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 0.25 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C. Prepare your 15x20-inch baking sheet by greasing and flouring the bottom or lining it with parchment paper.
  • Combine white sugar and flour by sifting them together in a bowl.
  • In a saucepan, bring hot water, creamy peanut butter, and 1/2 cup butter to a boil, stirring often. Remove from heat.
  • Combine yogurt, eggs, and baking soda in a bowl. Gradually pour peanut butter mixture into the egg mixture while stirring continuously. Fold in the flour mixture until batter is uniform. Spread batter evenly onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake until the cake springs back when lightly touched in the center, approximately 20 minutes in a preheated oven. Cool on a wire rack.
  • In a small saucepan, heat chunky peanut butter, 1/2 cup butter, and 6 tablespoons milk until it boils, stirring constantly. Lower the heat and mix in confectioners' sugar and maple syrup until smooth. Pour the warm frosting over the cake and top with walnuts, pecans, and almonds. Let the cake cool completely.
  • Mix together cream cheese, 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, and 1 tablespoon milk until smooth. Add almond extract. Gently fold in whipped topping until frosting is creamy. Drizzle the frosting over the cooled cake.
