Try our "Michigan Cherry Salad" featuring sweet cherries and maple syrup. A must-have for any game day gathering, especially for Buckeye fans!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.33333334326744 cup pure maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 heads butter lettuce - rinsed, and torn
  • 0.5 cup dried cherries
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into matchsticks
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 3 ounces chopped candied pecans
Instructions:
  • In a blender, mix mayonnaise, maple syrup, vinegar, and sugar until smooth. Slowly pour in vegetable oil while blending until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reserve for later use.
  • Combine fresh lettuce, ripe cherries, crisp apples, creamy goat cheese, and sweet candied pecans in a large serving bowl. Gently toss with a light drizzle of dressing until evenly coated, then serve with extra dressing on the side.
