Indulge in a savory bacon, avocado, and sprouts sandwich - a mouthwatering midnight delight!
Ingredients:
  • 2 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 0.5 avocado, mashed
  • 3 slices tomato
  • 0.33333334326744 cup alfalfa sprouts
Instructions:
  • Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until almost browned (2 to 3 minutes). Add green onion to the bacon and cook and stir until the onion is soft and bacon is crisp (3 to 5 minutes more).
  • On each slice of toast, generously spread mayonnaise on one side. On one slice of toast, spread the mashed avocado, then layer on tomato slices, sprouts, and the bacon mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, top with the other slice of toast.
