Delicious and lightly sweet muffin.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2.25 cups whole wheat flour
  • 0.33333334326744 cup millet
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and generously grease 16 muffin cups.
  • Combine whole wheat flour, millet flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, vegetable oil, and honey. Gently fold the buttermilk mixture into the flour mixture until just combined. Spoon batter into muffin cups.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
