Elevate your holiday season with delectable fruit mince pies.
Ingredients:
  • 12 frozen sweet tart cases
  • 40g (1/4 cup) plain flour
  • 25g butter, melted
  • 40g (1/4 cup) slivered almonds
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
  • 1 x 410g jar fruit mince
  • Icing sugar mixture, to dust
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Arrange the tart cases on a baking tray and bake until they turn a beautiful golden brown, approximately 10 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix plain flour and butter. Stir in almonds and sugar until combined.
  • Divide the fruit mince evenly among the tart cases, then sprinkle the almond mixture on top. Bake for 10 minutes or until the crumble turns golden. Finish by dusting with icing sugar before serving.
