Oven-baked mini skillet s'mores for a cozy campfire vibe anytime.
Ingredients:
  • 4 graham cracker squares
  • 1 milk chocolate candy bar (such as Hershey's®), broken into 4 pieces
  • 2 large marshmallows, halved
Instructions:
  • Position the oven rack 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the broiler.
  • In each of the 4 miniature cast iron skillets, set 1 graham cracker square. Layer each square with 1 piece of chocolate and 1/2 marshmallow.
  • Place skillets in the oven and bake until marshmallows are golden brown, approximately 3 minutes.
  • Take the mini skillets out of the oven and carefully press the marshmallows into the chocolate using a spatula.
