Irresistible mini cheesecakes, ideal for any celebration or event. Convenient and delectable party treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Instructions:
  • Collect all the necessary ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line two 24-cup miniature muffin tins with paper liners.
  • Crush vanilla wafers finely. Press 1/2 teaspoon of the crumbs into each paper cup.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy. Fill each miniature muffin liner nearly to the top with the mixture.
  • After baking the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until it's set, allow it to cool before adding a generous spoonful of cherry pie filling on top.
