Indulgent dessert ready in 10 minutes that everyone will love.
Ingredients:
  • 8 Brand frozen mini eclairs
  • 150g mascarpone
  • 2 ripe figs, cut into wedges
  • 82.50 ml Brand caramel topping
  • 40g dark chocolate, shaved
Instructions:
  • Thaw the eclairs as directed on the package, then cut each eclair in half.
  • Spoon the mascarpone evenly into four 1 1/2 cup glasses. Layer with the eclair pieces and figs on top.
  • Top with luscious caramel and a generous dusting of decadent chocolate.
