Make delicious mini dessert tacos by filling cinnamon-sugar tortillas with fruit and sweet cream mixture. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser!
Instructions:
  • Warm up the oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan until it reaches 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine smooth cream cheese, rich brown sugar, fragrant vanilla extract, and warm ground cinnamon in a bowl, and blend until smooth.
  • Using a round cookie cutter, cut 3-inch circles out of each tortilla and fold them into a taco-shell shape.
  • Use tongs to hold folded tortilla in the hot oil until it crisps up into a golden brown taco shape, about 2 to 3 minutes. Place on a paper-towel lined plate and repeat with the rest of the tortilla rounds.
  • Sprinkle a sweet blend of cinnamon and sugar over the warm tortilla rounds. Fill each shell with a luscious cream cheese mixture, then layer with fresh grapes and juicy strawberries.
