Mini dessert calzones recipe

Indulge in easy-to-make sweet calzones filled with Nerds candy, popping chocolate, and raspberries – customize to your taste!
Ingredients:
  • 250g fresh pizza dough
  • 20.00 ml Nerds rainbow
  • 12 fresh raspberries
  • 40g popping candy chocolate
  • icing sugar, to serve
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced). 2. Divide the pizza dough into four equal portions. 3. Line a baking tray with baking paper. 4. Roll out each dough portion on a lightly floured surface into a 10-12cm diameter circle. 5. Sprinkle a teaspoon of Nerds over each circle and lightly press them into the dough.
  • Arrange 3 raspberries on each circle of dough. Distribute the chocolate evenly among the circles. Moisten the dough edges with water, then fold in half and seal by pinching and twisting the edges.
  • Place on the prepared tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Sprinkle with icing sugar, allow to cool for 10 minutes, then serve.
