Mini ham and pineapple pizzas

Enjoy a refreshing poolside snack that perfectly complements your summer days.
Ingredients:
  • 30cm pizza base
  • 22.20 gm tomato paste
  • 35g shaved leg ham, thinly sliced
  • 225g can pineapple pieces in natural juice, drained
  • 82.50 ml grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Lightly grease a large baking tray. Cut 8 rounds from the pizza base using a 7cm-round cutter and place them on the prepared tray.
  • Spread each round with a generous 1/2 teaspoon of flavorful tomato paste. Then, layer on the savory ham, sweet pineapple, and gooey cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted to perfection and the base is gloriously crisp.
