Impress your guests with cozy pumpkin biscuit made with Bisquick®, sweet potatoes, and nuts.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Bisquick™ Original baking mix
  • 3/4 cup mashed cooked sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup warm water (105° to 115°)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 12 whole cashews
  • 36 raisins
  • 2 drops red food color
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix baking mix, sweet potatoes, water, and sugar until a soft dough forms. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface, gently coat with more baking mix, shape into a ball, and knead 10 times.
  • Form the dough into 12 equal-sized balls and arrange them on a cookie sheet without greasing it. Press the round end of a cashew into the top of each ball to create a stem. Create a pumpkin face by adding raisins for eyes and nose on the side of each ball. Combine the egg with food coloring and gently brush it over the pumpkins.
  • Bake until light golden brown, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
