Ingredients:
  • 500g sugar
  • 187.50 gm cold water
  • 20.00 ml brown vinegar
  • Sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Place patty cases in two 12-cup mini-muffin trays.
  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil without stirring until a golden syrup forms. Take it off the heat and let it cool until the bubbles disappear.
  • Transfer the mixture into the lined muffin trays, add a delightful sprinkle decoration, then allow it to set and firm up.
