Impress your guests with a refreshing mint tea that will be a sure crowd pleaser.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp green tea leaves*
  • 60.00 gm caster sugar
  • 50g fresh mint leaves (not spearmint), plus extra to garnish
Instructions:
  • 1. Rinse a teapot with boiling water, add the tea leaves, and top it up with approximately 800mls of boiling water.
  • Add the sugar and gently crush the mint with your hands before adding it to the pot. Let everything infuse for 2-3 minutes.
  • Divide the mixture amongst glasses and decorate with additional mint leaves.
