Try these amazing frozen peas in this incredible side dish!
Ingredients:
  • 400g broccoli, cut into florets
  • 250.00 ml frozen peas
  • 82.50 ml finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 62.50 ml fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 9.20 gm extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, blanch broccoli for 3 minutes; add peas for the final 2 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
  • Combine the cheese, mint, lemon rind, lemon juice, and oil. Season with salt and pepper, then toss together. Serve right away.
