Miso and tahini dressing

Elevate your favorite salads with a delicious new dressing for a fresh and exciting twist!
Ingredients:
  • 2 roasted garlic cloves, unpeeled
  • 48.00 gm tahini
  • 24.00 gm white miso paste
  • 40.00 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 36.80 gm avocado oil
  • 36.40 gm extra-virgin olive oil
  • 40.50 gm maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C or 180C for fan-forced. Encase the garlic in foil and bake for 30 minutes, or until soft and tender.
  • Peel garlic and squeeze out the flesh, discarding the skin. Put the garlic, tahini, vinegar, and miso in a screwtop jar. Use a fork to whisk until smooth. Add rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously. Keep in the fridge.
