Delicious tofu miso tahini sandwich with onion, carrot, and sesame seeds. Serve on crackers as an appetizer or on thick bread slices. Chill before serving.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound firm tofu
  • 0.25 cup brown miso
  • 0.33333334326744 cup roasted tahini
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 3 tablespoons minced carrot
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted sunflower seeds
Instructions:
  • Drain tofu: Lay tofu on a flat surface and cover with a cutting board. Place a heavy object, like an iron skillet, on top. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • Crumble tofu in a medium bowl. Combine with miso and tahini. Optionally add onion, carrot, and seeds. Chill in the refrigerator.
